    Thanks for the kind words! I&#039;m glad you&#039;ve found some useful tips. It was really amazing how much better I felt after ingesting some salt it was like I got a pure shot of energy it was amazing!&lt;br /&gt;

Thanks for posting this video. I sweat a lot (even in winter) so from now on I will definitely be bringing salt packets with me for my  half marathons and marathons. &lt;br /&gt;
